    Draft MOA & AOA

    Specify principal business activities and company bylaws on SECP digital forms.

    Submit Incorporation Application

    Submit statutory forms and pay registration fee via e-Pay or online banking.

  4. 4

    Certificate of Incorporation

    SECP registrar issues digital Certificate of Incorporation and Corporate Universal Identification Number (CUIN).
