Step by step

    BISE Board Verification

    Visit your respective education board to get your Matric/Inter results verified in a sealed envelope.

  2. 2

    IBCC Attestation

    Book appointment at IBCC portal; submit sealed envelope + originals to receive IBCC QR ticket.

  3. 3

    HEC e-Portal Attestation

    Upload degree scans to HEC eServices portal; submit via courier (TCS) or walk-in appointment.

  4. 4

    MOFA Legalization

    Visit MOFA camp office or submit through authorized courier for final Ministry of Foreign Affairs stamp.
