Step by step

  1. 1

    Clear Dues & E-Challans

    Check and clear all pending traffic challans and unpaid token taxes via e-Pay.

  2. 2

    Generate Transfer Challan

    Create transfer application on e-Pay app and pay transfer fee + advance withholding tax.

  3. 3

    Seller Biometric Verification

    Seller visits e-Khidmat Markaz or NADRA e-Sahulat center for biometric verification.

  4. 4

    Buyer Biometric Verification

    Buyer completes biometric verification within 30 days of seller verification.

  5. 5

    Smart Card Printing & Delivery

    Excise processes the digital ownership transfer and couriers new Smart Card to buyer.

  • ×Buying vehicle on 'Open Transfer Letter' without completing mandatory biometric transfer
  • ×Seller failing to complete biometric, leaving vehicle legally registered in former owner's name
